Rentals in Port Charlotte
I would like to write a little about the rentals in the Port Charlotte and the North Port areas. February was a good month in rentals. Although it’s a competitive market out there, we manage to rent three properties in Port Charlotte and two properties in North Port. One particular property was a lease option on the Appolo Water Way.
