Andy Leonard and Jim Mulligan are Licensed Real Estate Brokers serving Southwest Florida. We are independent brokers (not simply agents working for an invisible broker) unaffiliated with a franchise or corporate monolith.
Because we are independent we are able to be more flexible and work closely with you, in your best interest. We do not charge additional fees, called “Transaction Fees€ by franchises and corporations. Our only fee is a share of the seller’s commission.
We are committed to helping both sellers and buyers throughout the entire transaction. We will assist in securing financing, insurance, property inspections and title insurance. We will be there to assist in every step in the sale or purchase of property in Southwest Florida.
